April 17, 2024NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITALDr. Allred is a very knowledgeable and proficient physician I am very greatful to have been referred to him and his team.
March 19, 2024NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITALI really appreciate Dr Allred and his staff for working so tirelessly with me for nearly a year to improve my quality of life. Dr Allred is exceptional at active listening and making assessments with his patients input. He is willing to include other specialities into the treatment mix and isn¿t afraid to acknowledge what he doesn¿t know. I appreciate his kindness, respect, and patience the most. I have never felt more heard with a doctor in my 40 years of treatment. It is rare to find a doctor like Dr Allred. He is very deserving of his position, and my entire family appreciates his care and concern for me and my unique case. Plus, I always leave happier after an appointment than when I came in. 100 stars!

February 17, 2024NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITALThis was my second time seeing both Dr. Derrick Allred & Dr. Tyler Woodworth. They also had another resident during my appointment. All three were extremely professional and kind. I appreciate the time they take to make sure tests are run accurately. While I don't enjoy the testing, they always make me feel comfortable, and aim to minimize as much pain as possible. Dr. Allred is also an excellent teacher for his residents.
January 19, 2024NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITALThank you, we cleared somethings up and we both have a better understanding of what is wrong.
November 25, 2023NEILSEN REHABILITATION HOSPITALI feel extremely validated! I am so so grateful to Dr. Allred and Dr. Woodworth, who not only took their time to listen but actually took their time and evaluated me to make sure the test was done properly and accurately. For the last 2.5years, these symptoms have been bothering me, and I kept being dismissed by other providers and being told it was all "in my head." While the results were not what I had hoped for, I am truly grateful to now have scientific evidence and be able to prove to my primary providers, and even family that there was and is something wrong with my nerves. I wish I would have been listened to in the past, so it didn't have to get this severe, and perhaps it could have been caught in time to slow the process of the nerve damage. Anyhow, I am very pleased with the level of professionalism from both doctors and to receive their honest opinions. Thank you!
